NAME
    qprepMain: qprep "main" subroutine


  USAGE
    $status_code = qprepMain(\@ARGV);


  ARGUMENTS
    \@ARGV (in) : array of command-line arguments.


  DESCRIPTION
    This routine performs all of the processing done by qprep.
