NAME
    qprepSetOutputScriptFileName: set name of output script file


  USAGE
    qprepSetOutputScriptFileName(\%state_table, \%message_table);


  ARGUMENTS
    state_table_ref (in/out): reference to qprep state hash table.
      Entries used:
        incoming value of 'in_script'
        'out_script' set in this routine

    message_table_ref (in): reference to message hash table.
      (Used for reporting errors, warnings and other messages.)

  DESCRIPTION
    This routine sets the name of the output script.

    If the output script filename is set from a command-line directive
    then use that name.

    If the output script filename is not already set (e.g., from a
    command-line directive), then concatenate ".pst" to the end of the
    input script filename.
