NAME
    qprepStateInitializeParserControls: set default qprep parser control values


  USAGE
    qprepStateInitializeParserControls(\%state_table);


  ARGUMENTS
    %state_table (in/out): qprep options hash table
      On output,
        each key is the name of a qprep parser control option,
        each value is the default value for the associated option.


  DESCRIPTION
    This qprep generic internal routine initializes qprep state
    variables in the "parser control" category.

    Some these values set here are essentially nonsense, and generally
    the local qprepInitCallback must change these values for qprep to
    do something useful.
