NAME qprepValidDirectiveTableInitialize: assign table of valid qprep directives USAGE qprepValidDirectiveTableInitialize(\%directives_table); ARGUMENTS %directives_table (in/out): valid qprep directives On output, Each key is in the set of qprep directive names. Each associated value is a reference to an array of regular expressions that match valid directive values for the associated directive key. E.g., the value pattern ".*" indicates that all values are considered valid for the purpose of preliminary semantic checking (i.e. no checks are done on the input directive value). E.g., the value pattern "[0-9].*" matches any integer. E.g., the value pattern "[0-9:.].*" matches a "time". DESCRIPTION This generic internal qprep subroutine initializes the hash table of valid directive keys and values. This directives hash table encodes the preliminary qprep parser rules for accepting or rejecting directive keys and values. The qprepInitCallback Perl subroutine in the local configuration routine may edit this table to broaden or narrow the list of acceptable input directives. The local configuration modules must also augment this table if the qprepPreTranslationCallback ever returns directive key values other than those defined by qprep. Likewise, the translation table must contain entries for any such directives. If the local configuration module adds or deletes keys from the directives table then it must also add or delete keys to the translation table.
